Case Study - Passport 2 Leisure
Case Study Passport 2 Leisure
Passport 2 Leisure is a Galway-based organisation that planned to run a two-week summer camp for the first time in Galway in August 2011. The owner Michael Swift contacted Mykidstime in April to find out how his camp could be promoted by Mykidstime.ie.
We suggested he use our summer camp online booking system combined with promotion on our Galway e-zines and social media.
His camp was set up online with an online advertisement page with his logo, camp details, images and description and onto our bookings system within 48 hours. The camp was promoted during May, June & July on our Galway website home page, on 2 local monthly e-zines and several times on the Galway facebook page and Twitter. (This is our €199 bookings promotion package for camps.)
For a first time camp with no history in the county this is a good example of why the Mykidstime online booking service combined with strong promotion works.
23% of his camp places were filled online through Mykidstime. Of the bookings made, 43% were made after 6 p.m.
“At all stages, from promoting my camp through their newsletters, to the prompt emails I received informing me of each booking made, I found everyone at mykidstime.ie to be thoroughly professional and efficient in everything they did. I look forward to working with them in future camps.”
Michael Swift, Passport 2 Leisure sports summer camp & professional rugby player with Connacht
