Is your New Year's resolution to get fitter in 2012??
Ever wanted to be able to run?
Why not try our Mykidstime 21 Day Fitness Challenge!

Before beginning any exercise programme you should consult your GP
The best way to ensure you stick to our programme is to plan carefully how to fit your activity into your day. Busy day at work? Perhaps you could set your alarm a little earlier and run first thing in the morning, or even in your lunch break. How about walk your kids to school, or if it's too far "park and stride" and do the challenge on the way back. If you have young children to sort out, maybe you could plan to run when they are at nursery/school? What about running in the evening when your partner or babysitter could put the children to bed? Or how about strapping them, safely, in the pushchair and taking them with you!
One of the best things about our 21 Day Challenge is that there is very little you need to get started; you just get yourself a good pair of runners and off you go!
We'll be giving you a daily mini challenge to try to help keep you motivated during the 21 Day Challenge and to help you reach the goal of being able to finish a 5K (3.1miles) comfortably. Click each day below to get your next Challenge!
And we'll all be doing it together as well to help motivate each other! Tell us during the challenge how you are getting on by leaving a comment, and don't feel embarrassed if you miss a day or don't complete something, we don't want it to be a competition, just to help each other get fit this New Year. Everyone who leaves a comment during our Challenge will be entered into a draw to win some goodies!
