Ballyroan Library is a busy, purpose-built suburban library that opened in 1986. It is a bright spacious open-plan building with sections for adults and children and wheelchair access both internal and external.
The Library can be reached using the 15B bus from College St. to Ann Devlin Park.
A carpark is provided at the side of the library.
Children's Events/Activities
Parent and Toddler Group meets every Friday morning at 10am. No booking necessary and new members always welcome.
Storytime for Children (3-6 years) takes place on Wednesdays at 3pm.
Chess Club suitable for 7-12 year olds meets Saturday from 10.30am - 12.00pm.
Junior Book Club meets first Thursday of the month at 3.30pm.
