Here is a selection of books that our kids (ages range from 2-7) have loved and that we have enjoyed reading with them.  Our list starts with the youngest age group and goes from there.

“This is Apple Tree Farm.  This is Mrs Boot, the farmer.  She has two children called Poppy and Sam and a dog called Rusty”
The stories can be read on two levels, short sentences for younger kids and longer descriptive sentences for older ones.  Find the yellow duck on every page.
