Mykidstime 21 Day Challenge – Day 1 Getting Started!7
Yay!! You've decided to join us for our challenge!
We are going to start you off easy…..
Today's Challenge is …..
Walk for 30 mins
But rather than just walking the entire 30mins at the same pace, we want you to:
- Use the first 5mins as a warm-up, walking at a comfortable pace.
- Now UP your pace for 60 seconds (really swing your arms during this phase)
- You should be slightly out of breath but still able to hold a conversation,
- Return to your normal pace for 5 minutes before increasing your speed for the 60 seconds again.
- Repeat this 3 times, finishing off with on a 5min Cool Down.
